- Do you have a full time assistant or staff member?
- Do you have a personal web site on the Internet? (Not a corporate
site) Are you computer literate?
- If so, what special things are you doing on your web site to attract
potential buyers? Can I look at them?
- What if I list my property with you and find that I'm not satisfied
with your service. Can I get out of the listing without a hassle?
If not, why not?
- What is the price range you sell in? High price, low price?
- May I have a copy of your marketing plan? (How you plan to sell
property)
- Do you have a marketing book for buyers to see when they look at
my property?
- What sort of advertising have you done recently?
- What can you suggest to improve the marketability of my property?
- Do you have a 24 hour telephone number?
- May I have a sample of your typical home feature sheet?
