Ever since entering the Real Estate business in 1958 with my father's firm Hermes & Hilton, I've learned much - but most important to me has been the balance between serving the public and being a husband and father of 4 children.

It has always been my dream to grow in wisdom as well as wealth; and as the years have passed I now believe that this is done by being a loyal servant to those for whom you work... You win by helping others win... You reap by what you sow. It would seem to many that success is an expensive car, extravagant tastes, or the biggest house on the block; but that is not the way I measure success. Although after 30 years of service I have achieved success, I measure it in the hundreds of friends and satisfied customers I have helped to achieve their own portion of success in the real estate market.

When we work together, I will spare you my awkwardness in telling you about myself and my achievements. I want to put my full concentration on getting to know you and your specific needs. If you are purchasing, I want to help you find the right property at a fair price. If you are listing a property, I will develop a marketing plan that will sell your home or land quickly at maximum return with the least amount of hassles.
